The entire project is currently in presale and we are offering 15% discount on single family lots and condominium lots (10% discount on Commercial/-Residential and commercial lots) and up to 48 months financing. The cash price for any site is an additional 10% discount.
The first phase of the project sold very quick. We are currently in phase II and there are several excellent opportunities still available.
