If you buy in Playacar Real Estate you will buy into a luxurious,
security gated neighbourhood of Playa del Carmen. Playacar is divided
into phase 1 and phase 2.
I personally like, that playacar properties have no walls around their villas and houses, and it is the greenest and cleanest area of playa del Carmen.
To reach all parts of Playacar from Playa del Carmen, you can walk or pay around USD 3 for a 5 minute taxi ride.
Playacar Phase 1
This is the older part and is located between 10th street in Playa
del Carmen and the beautiful caribbean ocean. There is also the
entrance to Playcar. In this part of Playacar are most of the luxury
villas, homes and condos. For me is this area the Beverly Hills
of Playa del Carmen.
Playacar Phase 2
Phase 2 starts between Playas 10th street and the end of the highway.
In this area you can also find a lot of houses, small villas and
some Playa del Carmen All Inclusive hotels. The heart of phase 2
are landscaped gardens and a world class 18 hole golfcourse, ( learn

Playacar Beach
Playacar beaches are the best beaches of Playa del Carmen. Some
parts are wider and some are deeper. When you reach the end of Playacar
phase 1, you can walk for more than one mile directly on the beach.
There you will find all the Playa del Carmen's All Inclusive beach
resorts, one after another.
